Avant-gard Spanish Chef Jose Andres, who lives in the US, has been invited to give several lectures this autumn at Harvard’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences with his long-time friend and mentor Ferrán Adriá.

Jose Andrés will explain molecular and creative cooking and will put to test the attendants taste with his foams and gelatins.
